Dr. Urvashi Mehta M.D. has received her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad India. Then got M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) from Jamaica Hospital Medical Center N.Y., she moved with her husband and two children to Fort Mill, S.C. and has lived there since 2005. Dr. Mehta has worked as a Hospitalist doing impatient medicine since 2005 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, S.C. and at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia N.C. She has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 2005. Dr. Mark Bentley is a chiropractor who has served Rock Hill and the surrounding communities in S.C. After graduating from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, G.A. in 1998, he moved back to his home town Anderson, S.C. to work as an associate Dr. After learning the business he decided to take a leap of faith and open his own clinic. Danielle Gatton - Nurse Practitioner

Danielle "Nicki" Gatton is a Family Nurse Practitioner who lives in Rock Hill. A native of Statesville, North Carolina, Nicki graduated from UNC-Charlotte with her BSN in 1997 and obtained her MSN/ Family Nurse Practitioner degree from UNC - Chapel Hill in 2007. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Gardner-Webb University and is expected to graduate in Spring, 2017.

Nicki has worked in a variety of settings throughout her healthcare career, including: ER, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, Pediatric ICU, orthopedics, school nursing, public health nursing, home health, and Urgent Care. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has focused most of her practice in the delivery of retail healthcare and in healthcare management as well as practicing in medical weight loss and the cosmetics/ aesthetics industry.

Nicki was born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina and has lived in Missouri, Kansas, overseas in Germany, and in towns across North Carolina. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children: Patrick, a junior at Rock Hill High School; Ansleigh, a seventh grader at Saluda Trail Middle School; and Micah, a fifth grader at India Hook Elementary School. They have two dogs, Finn (a Maltipoo) and Salem (a goldendoodle), a guinea pig named French Toast, and two ragdoll cats Bentley and Ellie who are brother and sister. Nicki and the children enjoy time outdoors on Lake Wylie, riding roller coasters at Carowinds, roaming hills and trails in the mountains, or digging their toes in the sand at the beach.

Nicki will be at Carolina Integrated Medical Solutions one day a week and looks forward to meeting the patients at the clinic and to helping each one reach your potential when it comes to your health, mobility, and well-being!

Matthew Blue - Massage Therapist

Matthew Blue has been a Massage Therapist since 2004, and with Dr. Bentley since 2005. He attended the Southeastern Institute for Neuromuscular Massage. Matthew also has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Winthrop University and is a licensed Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Through using different modalities, knowledge, and years of experience he has been able to help many people with pain, migraines, postural disorders and more. With being having different accidents and injuries himself he can relate to patients pain as well as prescribe stretches and exercises when they need to be implemented. To try and show what can be accomplished with quality and consistent care, Matthew also competes in Amateur Bodybuilding.

Michelle Stricker - Front Desk Coordinator

Michelle began working with Skylimit Wellness Integrated Solutions this past October, she is our Front Desk Coordinator. Michelle's job here is to assist our patients with their registration, payment, and scheduling needs. Michelle went to school here in town at York Technical College and graduated in 2008 with top honors in Nursing Assistant and also Pharmacy Technician as well. Michelle intends to return to school this year to finish nursing. Michelle was born and raised here in Rock Hill, SC and she enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and shopping with her husband and children.
